We are all hit with hard times and endure daily struggles. That is life. What is not usual is for all of us to be hit with hard times together.  But that is what we are going through right now. With the global COVID-19 pandemic continuing, stress and anxiety are at an all-time high.

As I was lying in bed the other night finding it hard to sleep, I thought to myself, what I need right now is something motivating, inspirational and positive! Then I thought, maybe all of you could use that too? So I spent some time today pulling together my favourite motivational quotes to help ease your mind and heart over the next while as we all navigate this new world we are now living in.

Stay safe everyone!
